art work by dementia group showcased at exhibition

Work created during my fortnightly free creative sessions for those living with dementia and their carers in Boston, Lincs is being showcased alongside my ‘From Lincolnshire and Back’ artist sharing exhibition at Moulton Windmill in Spalding.

The dementia art group called ‘Memory Lane’ is supported with funding from Boston Big Local.  I am working in partnership with Boston Mayflower and Lincolnshire County Council.

The venue is the tallest windmill in the country!  Moulton Windmill which is open Thurs-Sun from 10-4, has free parking, disabled access and an on-site cafe.  The exhibition will be running until 18 December.

Art work created by ‘Memory Lane’ will then tour other venues in the region until end of Jan 2016 to raise awareness of further creative sessions on offer in Grantham, Spalding and Sleaford funded by the Dementia Support Fund.

If you would like to showcase the art work at your venue, or would like information on free creative sessions for 2016 please email me at carolparker1@live.co.uk.
